To create an advertisement on Escort46 you must be at least 18 years.

CONTENT

All advertisements must address the provision of escort or massage services. Creating ads that link to other people's identities is not allowed. It is not allowed to disclose other people's e-mail, telephone number, address or other contact information. It is not allowed to refer to other websites, except for your own escort / massage website.

Images you upload to the website must not violate the law. You must always have copyright to your images and if other persons appear in the images, you must be able to submit their written consent for publication on the website.

Under no circumstances, in either text or image, may there be topics about child pornography, sex with animals, sex with pregnant women, extreme violence, use of drugs or drugs on the website.

Ads that are deemed to be in violation of the law, for example due to suspicion of ruffle, illegal content, referral to internet sites with illegal content, solicitation of illegal activity, or content that the site owner otherwise finds offensive, will be deleted without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend / block or directly delete advertisements we deem junk or where no other truthful information has been entered.

Escort46, which operates the website, cannot be held responsible for any crashes, errors or technical complications that may arise on the website. We accept no responsibility for errors and omissions in the content of the website.

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such changes or updates.

TERMS

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of advertising time and promotion of ad products on Escort46.

PAYMENT

Payment for an ad can be selected immediately after creating the ad. An ad is only visible on the website when it is manually approved or when the ad is paid for. When you buy ad time, it is purchased as a one-time purchase and is not a current payment subscription.

Immediately after your first purchase, as well as any subsequent subscription lines, we will send a receipt to the email address you provided when creating your account.

CANCELLATION OF AD

As an advertiser, you can delete your ad at any time by logging in with your email and password and selecting "Delete ad". If you need help with this, please contact our support.

BANK TRANSFER

If you do not have the option of using online payment, you can pay your advertisement by bank transfer. Once your payment is registered, the product is activated.

CANCELLATION

Since the purchased product is put into service immediately after payment, the purchase is not covered by the right of withdrawal.
